Sometimes it can happen that the first layers of the print do not adhere well and come off.
There are two main reasons, or the amount of adhesion on the surface is not sufficient, or the Z axis may be too high.
You can then add some lacquer on the top, if the defect exists you will have to perform the procedure to bring the Z axis to zero.

If so, make sure the print bed is level.
