Thanks to our 3D printer software you can divide the printing plate into N-AREAS and print sequentially area by area. You can manage the print queue even when printing has started by adding / removing objects. For each area / object it is possible to establish different slice parameters. With multi-area objects are structurally more solid, also lowering the risk of print failure due to interruptions.

The multi-coil printing function, allows you to make prints that require more than one coil. The current weight of the coil on the printer and of those available is indicated, the software will pause before the filament runs out and then start over once the coil has been changed.

When the size of the printable area is very large, the problem of the flatness of the print plane arises. 3DPRNWARE permanently solves this problem with the Flatness feature. Set a grid of points, on which the plan shares are recorded, the surface that 3DPRN-WARE will follow during printing is automatically mapped. The asperities of the plane are accommodated in the first layer and gradually smoothed until they are completely canceled. This unique feature is especially critical for large 3D printers and makes it possible to use small nozzles even in these printers.

Arc X Axis print.
The objects are printed considering the arc X axis and no longer linear. The arc that the X axis must follow for printing is defined and any object placed on the plate is printed with curved layers, thus deforming the starting object. A dedicated function allows you to print the template on which the object is printed.

As known, objects for 3D printing are made up of faces that, through the slicer, they are sectioned and transformed into linear movements. This means that any geometric shape has the object, the movements will always be linear. With ARC-RECONSTRUCTION by 3DPRNWARE, the arcs that originally formed the object are automatically identified and reconstructed.
What are the benefits?
- Better finish of the object.
- The definition of the curved parts is decided regardless of the accuracy of the starting object and remains constant.
- The printer executes a single instruction instead of tens / hundreds / thousands, with the advantage of not overloading the buffer.
- The printer works at constant speed over the entire arc without the stops & go that characterize parts consisting of many small segments.
- Better dimensional correspondence especially if you compare the external perimeters with the internal voids.
