The 3DPRN LAB CLOSED printer is the solid base to combine many options and configure the right 3D printer for your requirement.. In addition, a new advanced kinematics has been introduced which, in addition to the faster printing speed, (the best in its segment) totally removes involuntary slippage and guarantees an accuracy of a few cents.
Whatever configuration you choose for your machine, you can make upgrades to implement new options.

Double Independent Axis: System for simultaneous printing of copies or different multimaterial objects. Optionally, in the second axis you can have a cutter for grinding the printed objects.

LAB CLOSED Professional 3D Printer

Unique. The 3DPRN 3D Printer, unlike other printers on the market, has a completely independent Z axis (it does not have the top that goes up or the X and Z axis that go down together) thus allowing to print objects in sequence or to transform into a real CNC machine.

With sequential printing by area and/or AutoPosition you can make mass productions obtaining structurally more resistant objects and not worrying about the position of the objects on the printing plate.

Safeguard your investment. Whatever the 3D printer model purchased by 3DPRN, you can then upgrade to the higher model and/or the latest version.
On the head of the axis you can mount any type of extruder.

Indestructible. 3DPRN 3D printers are made with aluminum and steel profiles, aluminum and aluminum composite panels and high performance professional linear guides.

Closed. Closed 3DPRN printers are characterized by a closed environment, insulated and optionally heated and controlled.

Extruder. Directly driven with force multiplier involves the use of 1.75mm and 3mm filaments with nozzles from 0.15mm to 1.4mm and three types of chamber with different volumes according to customer requests. Equipped with quick couplings, the extruder change is very fast. The extruder block can be implemented with various options such as the Profile Laser-Check, 3DPRN-Load pressure control, the proximity sensor,…

Use it as a CNC machine. The 3DPRN 3D printer has such robustness that it can be used as a CNC milling machine.

Advanced Kinematics. We have introduced a new advanced kinematics that makes the 3D printer up to 4 times faster than in the past. This system also allows total control over the movements, therefore in case of axes slippage, the system will instantly recover its nominal position to continue printing correctly. The printing speed depends on the material used and the geometry of the object. To optimize machining at certain speeds, the system is supported by 3DPRN proprietary software, constantly updated.
The system speeds reach 400mm / sec while the maximum accelerations 10,000mm / sec.
In advanced kinematics it is also possible to provide centesimal position control with optical / magnetic scales.

Heated environment
Optionally, the inside of the printer can be insulated and heated. The maximum temperature is 80 ° C and could change according to types of options installed.

Controlled environment
Optionally you can have an air extractor with activated carbon filter which will intelligently activate to exchange the air inside the printer without cooling the environment itself or creating currents unsuitable for printing.
