If systematically every few layers, a protruding one is printed, it can be solved by performing the following procedure:

let's go under the button “Connect” and select the tab “Terminal”. Then we go into the manual control and type in the GCode box “M501” and we reward “Send”. Lines will appear in the terminal; we identify the line that begins with M92 X ... Y ... Z ... . Let's make a note of the value shown next to the letter Z. Now let's go to Slicer->Configure->Advanced and in the section “Optimize Z movements” we write in the box “Step/mm” the value you marked and put the check mark on “Active Layer Digitization”.

Once this is done, try to reprint the piece.
