It might happen that by putting the software on a new pc, this does not start immediately giving an error to the opening attempt.
The problem is probably related to some missing components, then we continue as follows:

-Let's go to the software folder and enter the folder “set” and install “vcredist_x64 2013”. If not present we can download it in the section “Download“. After installation, everything should be ready to start the software correctly.

-Otherwise we go in “Control panel” to the item “Programs and Features” and in the left column we can select the item “Turn Windows features on or off”. In the window that opens, let's make sure that the flag on the most recent framework is active, if not, we put the flag and let it download and activate.
