Accessibility statement

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This is a translation of the Italian original. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails. Read the Italian version

Tips S.r.l. Unipersonale (3DPRN brand) wants the website www.3dprn.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and those who browse with assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, keyboard only, voice control).

This statement is published on a voluntary basis. The Site is an informational company website without e-commerce services for consumers and does not fall within the services subject to the obligations of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022). We have nevertheless chosen to adopt the same reference standards.

Reference standards

The Site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the W3C, and the requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

The Site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA, due to the exceptions listed in the following section.

How we built the Site

The Site was rebuilt in October 2026 with specific attention to accessibility:

  • semantic page structure, with a single main heading and section headings in logical order;
  • “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users;
  • alternative text on informative images;
  • full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator;
  • labels associated with all contact form fields and error messages described in text;
  • colour contrast checked against level AA;
  • support for the “reduce motion” system setting for animations;
  • fonts hosted on the Site and text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content.

Reading preferences. The button with the accessibility icon, at the bottom left of every page, opens a panel where you can choose: text size (125% or 150%), high contrast, greyscale, increased line spacing, highly legible font, highlighted links, reduced animations and enlarged cursor. Your choices are stored only in your browser and can be cleared with “Reset”. The panel is an extra convenience: it does not replace the accessibility of the Site, which does not depend on it.

Non-accessible content

The following content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • PDF documents (datasheets and brochures): some files, produced with graphic tools, may lack structure tags, a correct reading order or alternative text for images. On request we provide the content in an accessible format.
  • Form anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile): this is a third-party service; in most cases it requires no action, but in rare cases it may present a check that is not fully accessible. If so, you can contact us by email or phone.
  • Videos and animations: [check that videos have subtitles if they contain speech and a control to pause them if they start automatically].
  • Third-party content reached through links (social networks, Google Maps) and the Google Maps map embedded in the Contact page are not under our control.

How to report a problem

If you have difficulty using the Site or need content in an alternative format, write to us:

  • Email: info@3dprn.com – write “Accessibility” in the subject, the page and the problem encountered
  • Phone: (+39) 085 4472025

We will reply within 5 working days and, if possible, provide the requested information in another form straight away.

Continuous improvement

To maintain and improve the accessibility of the Site:

  • we check new pages with automated tools (Lighthouse, axe DevTools, WAVE) before publication;
  • we carry out manual tests with keyboard and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver);
  • we make new PDF documents accessible before publishing them.

About this statement

This statement was drawn up on 1 October 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment, carried out with automated tools and manual tests on the Site.

It will be reviewed at least once a year and whenever the Site undergoes significant changes.
